Job Description
Design and develop optimised supply chain network capacities based on business requirements and customer needs.
Conduct comprehensive analyses of current supplier, logistics operations, transportation, warehouse, and inventory practices.
Utilise advanced modeling techniques, data and software to simulate supply chain scenarios and propose improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, finance, operations, and sales to align network design with overall business strategy.
Prepare and present business cases for decisions of network design changes, including sustainability, cost-benefit analysis, and risk assessment.
Support & collaborate with knowledge to continuously upgrade based on the latest supply chain trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field.
Proven experience in supply chain network design, logistics, or operations management.
Proficiency in supply chain modeling software (e.g., Supply Chain Guru, AnyLogic, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Working practices in data management & structuring using advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau, etc.
Knowledge of regulatory and industry-specific supply chain and logistics requirements.
