Job Description
Treasury Back Office is one of the core functionalities in a Group Treasury ensuring that all financial transactions of the Treasury are complete, correct and accurate. The Treasury Back Office verifies, confirms and executes all financial transactions of the Group Treasury. The role also includes the creation and administration of all corresponding legal contracts as well as the maintenance of static data in all Treasury systems. Besides Treasury Back Office tasks, the employee develops, improves and maintains the Treasury system landscape and Treasury reports, which also includes programming in SQL. Additionally, the employee works on Treasury projects intended to continuously improve processes, reports, systems and interfaces.
* Verify, confirm and settle all financial transactions entered by the Front Office
* Authorize and monitor all Treasury payments arising from financial transactions
* Enter and maintain static data in all Treasury systems
* Create and administer intercompany loan contracts as well as intercompany cash pool contracts
* Set up and administer user as well as authorization profiles in eBanking systems and IC Netting system
* Manage internal database to overview all group-wide bank accounts and bank services
* Maintain and continuously optimize Treasury system/server landscape and interfaces and manage any projects arising out of these tasks
* Develop, maintain and optimize Treasury reports, including programming in SQL
* General administration and documentation tasks within Treasury
Qualifications
* Higher educational qualification in finance, accounting or economics (min. KV + eidg. Fachausweis or BA in Banking and Finance or similar)
* Initial work experience in a Finance department of a mid-sized or large international company
* Proficient in English
* Strong working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
* Basic understanding of SQL programming
* Knowledge of SAP and/or Treasury Management Systems (FIS Integrity) an advantage
