The Campaign Strategist and Manager is a critical role responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns. This position combines high-level strategic thinking with meticulous attention to detail and hands-on implementation. The Campaign Strategist and Manager will align campaign initiatives with business objectives to drive measurable impact. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and ensuring seamless execution across all channels.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy and Execution
* Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, integrating email, paid media, SEO, referral programs, and events.
* Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for each campaign.
* Optimize campaigns in real time through rigorous testing and data analysis.
Content Creation
* Write campaign-related content, including email sequences, ad copy, landing pages, and blog promotions.
* Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure messaging accuracy and relevance.
* Tailor written content for target audiences, campaign objectives, and platform-specific requirements.
Email Marketing and Automation
* Design and execute email sequences, including nurture campaigns, product launches, and event promotions.
* Implement advanced segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing strategies.
* Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to enhance engagement.
* Ensure consistency in campaign execution across email, digital ads, social media, and SEO.
* Collaborate with designers and other teams to create cohesive content.
* Oversee the integration of paid media initiatives and referral programs into broader campaigns.
Analytics and Reporting
* Use tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot to monitor campaign performance and ROI.
* Prepare detailed reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
* Present findings and strategies to stakeholders, including Executive Leaders.
Event and Webinar Strategy
* Plan and manage webinars and virtual events, including logistics and promotional activities.
* Coordinate with subject matter experts on content development for events.
* Maximize audience engagement and ROI through pre- and post-event strategies.
Requirements
Required Marketing Tools experience
Detailed Experience with:
* HubSpot: Expertise in campaign automation, email marketing, and analytics.
* Google Analytics: Proficiency in tracking and analyzing campaign performance.
* SEMrush: Skilled in SEO tracking and optimization.
* Canva: Advanced fluency for content creation and collaboration, including video and social media campaigns.
* Monday.com: Strong project management abilities using tools for workflow tracking and collaboration.
* AI Tools: Proficiency in tools like Writer and ChatGPT for content development, personalization, and strategic optimization.
* Salesforce: Understanding of CRM reporting and integration for marketing alignment.
* Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads: Experience in paid media execution, optimization, and performance analysis.
* WP Engine: Basic proficiency for managing website updates and landing page integrations.
* Tableau or Power BI: Familiarity with reporting and visualization for performance insights.
Skills Required
* 5+ years of experience in end-to-end marketing campaign strategy and execution, with a proven track record of success.
* Experience in designing, producing, and executing video marketing campaigns as part of integrated strategies.
* Knowledge and application of B2B marketing strategies, including ABM, demand generation, and lead scoring.
* Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams to execute campaigns aligned with organizational goals.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as contracts, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations changing frequently. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Compensation
Employees new to Duarte typically come in at the start of the pay range. Duarte focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills.
Base pay is part of a total compensation package that includes monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for employees).
