Tasks
Support and care for agents in the assigned sales region
Sell cargo capacity with a focus on special products
Negotiate rates and allotments with assigned customers
Regularly evaluate opportunities for new acquisitions while maintaining existing traffic
Supervise current traffics and implement corrective measures as needed
Drive positive market share growth for assigned customers and sales regions
Maintain and update the internal customer database (oneCRM)
Plan, coordinate, and execute sales and marketing actions in collaboration with the Head of Sales Switzerland and the Sales and Market Development Manager
Participate in sales-related projects
Assist the Inside Sales team in selling remaining capacity on an ad-hoc basis within established guidelines
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred
Previous experience in the air cargo or freight forwarder industry
Experience in customer service, sales, or cargo operations preferred
Excellent communication and sales skills
High level of customer orientation
Effective negotiator and attentive listener
Solution-oriented with the ability to persuade
Positive working attitude with high level of activity and independence
Team player
Fluent in German (spoken and written)
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Other languages are an advantage
