We are seeking a Product Advisor for P&A in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:
* Manage the full accessory portfolio for on-road, off-road, and on-water Powersports vehicles (45%):
• Collaborate with global product teams to influence EMEA product needs and regulations.
• Coordinate with Service and Operations team ensuring support for all product-related topics, product system updates.
• Develop EMEA Accessory product portfolio of the future/build and evaluate business cases in collaboration with global product teams.
• Manage novelty accessory launches, line-up validation, EMEA market pricing, SAP status code setting – manage governance with global teams for accessories and parts.
• Ensure spec book updates at novelty launch and during season. Influence global team to establish process and provide focus towards the EMEA accessory business.
* Accessory Go-to-market Strategy (35%):
• Work in close collaboration with Business Development Coordinator PAA ensuring product knowledge support.
• Coordinate Retail environment definition for our networks in collaboration with Network Development team – define product insights to planogram – collaborate to ensure proper regional setup.
• Manage forecast planning of the novelty and expensive accessory portfolio.
• Manage Focus Item List in strong collaboration with EMEA and global teams.
• Accessory market trend monitoring.
* Accessory Training to Core Teams (20%):
• Train Commercial and Marketing teams on product novelties.
• Ensure self-serving product training tools development.
• Develop tools that will help onboarding of new business partners.
You'll Thrive in This Role If You Have the Following Skills and Qualities:
* University or higher education degree or 10+ years of experience.
* Minimum 5 years of experience with a technical commercial or product management background.
* Strong English skills; any other language is a plus.
* Good command of MS Office.
* SAP knowledge is a plus.
* Analytical and process-driven.
* Good networking skills.
* Business savviness.
* Team player, good communicator.
* Precise but creative.
* Good influencer to local and global teams.
* Aftermarket industry knowledge is not mandatory but a plus.
* Result-focus driven.
