Job Description
* You identify and meet potential customers (B2B and B2C) through various outreach methods in the German speaking part of Switzerland.
* You conduct in-depth field consultations with customers to understand their energy needs and propose customized solar solutions.
* You educate customers on the advantages of solar energy, including cost savings, environmental benefits, and available incentives.
* You collaborate with our technical team to design solar energy systems tailored to each customer's specific requirements.
* You prepare comprehensive and transparent proposals, including cost estimates, financing options, and expected ROI.
* You drive the sales process from initial contact through contract signing, ensuring a positive customer experience.
* You provide post-sale support by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth installation process.
* You stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitive offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
* You manage different reports on sales activities.
The Successful Applicant
* You have a formation in Sales or similar.
* You have at least 3 years' sales experience.
* You have experience in energy, real estate, construction, or/and insurance as welcome assets.
* You have already managed projects in a dynamic environment.
* You are solution and customer-oriented.
* You are commercially minded.
* You enjoy being in the field.
* You are able to work independently.
* You have good written and oral communication skills in (Swiss) German (C2) and English (B2); French is a plus.
