Our fast-growing marketing agency is looking for a talented marketing content specialist to join our tight-knit team of marketing professionals. You’ll work on creating and managing content across various platforms, helping us expand our brand presence and connect with our audience meaningfully. This part-time position offers the unique opportunity to grow with us and transition into a full-time role within 3 to 6 months based on performance and our growth trajectory.
The ideal candidate is adept at coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in website content writing, social media content creation, email marketing, and more.

Our agency is based in Seattle and has satellite offices in Boston and Washington, DC. The marketing coordinator will work remotely and MUST be based in the United States.
The compensation is $18 per hour for 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities
* Website Content Writing: Create engaging and SEO-focused website content that drives traffic and elevates the user experience.
* Social Media Content Creation: Develop impactful posts, campaigns, and visuals tailored to our target audience, ensuring consistent brand messaging across platforms.
* Email Marketing: Design and execute effective email campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions.
* Maintain clients' digital presence on Google Business, Apple Business Connect, Yelp, Bing Places for Business, and other digital platforms.
* Work as a team to achieve our agency goals through advertising, digital, and communication plans.

Qualifications
* 4-year degree in Marketing, Journalism, Business, or related field required (or equivalent experience)
* 3 or more years of marketing content writing and social media experience
* Must be driven, collaborative, organized, a self-starter, and an excellent communicator
* 2 or more years of experience in an ad agency environment or related environment is a plus
* Experience with the following tools preferred but not required: Canva; Asana; HubSpot; Mailchimp; Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets
Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly
