About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Community Manager to lead our community initiatives and drive engagement across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and engage our community across Discord, Telegram, and Reddit, fostering a safe and inclusive environment by enforcing community guidelines.
* Lead a team of community managers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless execution of community strategies.
* Monitor and analyze community performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement and scaling.
* Oversee the setup and maintenance of community channels, permissions, bots, and security measures on Discord and Telegram.
* Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to drive community growth, brand presence, and engagement, innovating and executing community campaigns and activation events.
* Collaborate with the social media and marketing team to align community efforts with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in managing large-scale crypto and trading communities, with a strong track record of success.
* Exceptional leadership skills, capable of leading and inspiring a team of community managers to achieve common goals.
* Familiarity with community platforms, engagement strategies, and analytics tools, with a solid understanding of the crypto culture and trading platforms.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences and formats.
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in community management within the FinTech space, with a deep understanding of the industry's unique challenges and opportunities.
