Project Administrator / Executive Assistant

We're representing a top-tier global pharmaceutical company situated in multiple locations near Germany. With significant capital investment and numerous ongoing projects, our client seeks a skilled Project Controls Manager to strengthen their team.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
1. Administrative support for the Alzey construction site and Project Management team.
2. Office Management; managing the facilities within the temporary office containers on the construction site. Organising desks, PPE, onboarding of consultants, deliveries.
3. Keeping record of contractor certifications and contact details.
4. Point of contact within the office space for construction site security.
5. Organising travel for Snr Management team visiting site. Ensuring safety of team.
6. Maintain project distribution lists & Org Charts.
7. Management of meeting room & catering requirements (on/off site)
8. Act as the point of contact for construction site queries.
9. General ad hoc project administration tasks.
10. Required: Fluency in German and English
