Job Description:
The Role
You will be joining a dynamic team that is focused on delivering high quality services to football teams, leagues and federations. Our cutting edge technology spans player tracking, team performance software, officiating solutions and live broadcast deliverables and you will play a major part in these solutions.
Main duties and responsibilities:
1. Liaison with football teams to support our contract with LFP to onboard, support and educate
2. Provide guidance to performance departments on Second Spectrum software and other services
3. Encourage sales and usage of the Second Spectrum services to ensure the teams get value from the services provided as part of the league wide package
4. Ensure teams are fully aware of the upsell services and support the Senior Account Manager in selling these services to teams
5. Work closely with internal teams to report client feedback and guide the software development roadmap
6. Be a point of contact for teams and part of the support team on matchdays
Requirements for the role:
1. Strong and extensive knowledge of the football industry with a sound network
2. Ideally worked for a significant length of time for a football club in either a sports science or match analysis role
3. Fluent in French and English (German or other languages an asset)
4. Good understanding of data and ability to translate insights
5. Must have extremely good presentation skills
6. Willingness to work flexibly to meet the demands of the business (availability online on some matchdays for instance)
7. Must be a self-starter and have strong reporting skills
8. Ability to adapt and embrace change
9. Willing to travel around France meeting with teams in-person
10. Full clean driving license
