Fragrance Development Manager Beauty

As a Fragrance Development Manager in our Beauty Strategic Segment Unit ( bath & shower, hair care, deodorant, skin care), you will partner with our perfumers to design superior and differentiating fragrance creation and innovation.
You will develop fragrance solutions and innovation prototypes in line with our Beauty strategy, in close collaboration with category fragrance development leaders, marketing, consumer insight and our innovation team.

Your key responsibilities :
1. Develop new creative ideas and fragrance themes as per new trends, market opportunities and consumers’ preferences
2. Develop innovation prototypes and solutions in line with innovation projects objectives and parameters
3. Support innovation deployment to the organization and guide the fragrance development community on category-relevant technologies and fragrance design innovations
4. Contribute to the category global expertise and olfactive tools

You bring :
11. A fragrance expertise with 5-10 years of successful experience in Beauty categories
12. Scientifc/technical background can be a plus
13. International olfactive knowledge of the market and the consumers
14. Fluent in French and English
15. Strong team player, agile in a matrix organization
