Assistant Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment.
Main Responsibilities:
* Assist in daily office operations and provide administrative support to various departments.
* Manage communication, scheduling, and documentation to ensure seamless office workflows.
* Utilize administrative tools such as G-Suite for effective data management and organization.
* Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high standard of accuracy.
* Collaborate with team members on project management tasks using tools like Trello or Monday.com.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Completed commercial training or diploma equivalent.
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
* Proficient in using administrative tools, particularly G-Suite.
* Experience with project management tools is a plus.
Languages:
* English fluency (C1/C2 Level)
* German is beneficial.
