We are seeking a skilled Finance Controller to join our office in Lugano, to support our CFO and our global international finance team. You will be the point of contact in the organization for controlling activities for the overall company and will be fully responsible for Accounting of our Switzerland subsidiary. Your key role will help to improve our processes and efficiency.

Your Responsibilities
* Controlling and reporting activities
* Review of the package for the group's companies
* Finance and industrial analysis (logistic and production)
* Manage group accounting activities and other consolidation responsibilities.
* Preparation and review reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
* Perform process and internal control documentation; proactively identify opportunities to improve and optimize processes and procedures.
* Support the CFO for the monthly, quarterly, and year end close processes for all entities worldwide.
* Ensure compliance of Internal Control System with Swiss law.
* Manage the external audit of internal controls to ensure timely and smooth completion.
* Assist in revenue close procedures
* Liaise with external auditors for statutory and consolidated audits.
* Work across process owners to ensure that financial and operational processes are adequately designed and executed
* Provide backup and coverage for other team members as needed.
* Work on ad-hoc projects.
Your Experience
* Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
* Minimum 5 years experience in controlling
* Proficiency in NetSuite (Oracle) and English language is a must
* Extensive knowledge of finance and accounting principles, IFRS knowledge.
* Capacity to understand and critically assess financial business process
* Ability to partner with businesses and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
* Excellent attention to details
* Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and be self-sufficient
* Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of corporate information
* Excellent collaboration skills
* Ability to thrive and maintain organization while working in a fast-paced, quickly changing business environment
