In this context, we are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our team.
The Role of the Project Manager
This role is critical in ensuring project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary representative of Casale to clients and stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
* Define project strategy and objectives, oversee risk analysis, and implement mitigation strategies for effective execution.
* Manage project budgets, approve invoices, and control financial risks to ensure accurate cost estimation and timely invoicing.
* Handle contract execution, change orders, and claims management, as well as supervise proposal activities to support the Sales Division.
* Approve engineering deliverables, manage technical documentation, and supervise procurement activities to ensure contract compliance.
* Ensure timely reporting to customers and internal management, monitor project milestones, and manage potential delays to drive project success.
Experience: At least 8 years of experience in Project Management within EP/EPC projects in industrial or engineering environments, with a proven track record of managing medium and large-scale projects.
Technical skills: Advanced proficiency in project management tools and systems, including software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent.
Leadership Skills: Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive project success.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Education: Master's degree in Engineering. A post graduate master's program, PMI (Project Management Professional), or IPMA (International Project Management Association) certification is highly desirable.
