To support our client, we are looking :
Your responsabilities :
* Develop and grow sales within the assigned territory in Switzerland and designated areas in Europe.
* Create and execute a sales plan, including forecasts, to maximize profitable sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Oversee all stages of the sales process, including lead qualification, understanding customer requirements, managing samples, preparing quotations, closing sales, and fostering ongoing account development.
* Plan, prioritize, and carry out sales activities, focusing on target accounts.
* Present the company's value proposition at conferences and to prospective customers through technical and commercial presentations.
Your Profile :
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
* Minimum 5 years in selling technical capital equipment for materials processing within the industrial sector.
* Background in Aerospace and Power Generation industries is an advantage.
* Proven ability to meet sales targets with strong technical knowledge; excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Flexibility to travel 40% to 80% of the time as needed for the role.
* Fluent in English and French, with proficiency in an additional language (Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese).
* Swiss nationality or a valid work permit.
