Role Summary:
The RoME Product Manager will lead the design and development of key business processes and strategic solutions within the Roche Meetings, Events, and Engagements team. This role aims to deliver timely and personalized information and services across various channels, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive the development of scalable enterprise solutions for meetings and events.
* Provide company-wide expertise on events and engagements.
* Collaborate with the product development team to increase the relevance of solutions delivered.
* Anticipate internal and external customer needs through review and analysis of operating models.
* Drive collaboration and transparency across internal and external partners.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in the Meetings and Events arena.
* Proven knowledge of digital tools and platforms (e.g., PEGA, cVent, CRMs).
* Experience partnering with technology partners and global technology teams.
* Agile/Safe methodologies experience.
* Strong communication skills in English.
