Senior Brand Manager Role
The Senior Brand Manager plays a critical role in the global brand function at Johnson Controls, driving all brand strategy, governance, and program deliverables for digital solutions and service offerings across the company.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies for JCI's digital technology and service brands, focusing on brand architecture, performance improvement, competitive benchmarking, and breakthrough strategies.
* Lead global rollouts of brand strategy updates, transformations, and integrations, ensuring seamless execution and stakeholder alignment.
* Engage cross-functional stakeholders to identify new brand strategy opportunities, leveraging customer insights, market trends, and competitive pressures.
* Conduct competitive benchmarks and analysis to drive recommendations that propel JCI's global brand performance in the digital technologies and services space.
* Leverage thought leadership programs to build equity and strength in the digital technology and services brands.
* Oversee the activation of digital technologies and services brand strategies globally, tracking progress and closing gaps.
Requirements
* Proven experience in marketing digital technology and solutions.
* Experience in developing brand strategies for technologies or services.
* Demonstrated ability to lead collaboration and teamwork.
* Strong sense of curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
* Strong writing, analytical, project management, and organizational skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment with a strong sense of urgency.
