For our IT organization based at our Headquarters in Lausanne, we are looking for a
IT & Infrastructure Specialist (6 months temporary)

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our cutting-edge pharmaceutical research, supporting teams with robust IT solutions while driving strategic infrastructure projects.
Your responsibilities will be but not limited to:
1. System Management & Deployment – Install, qualify, and maintain IT systems, staying ahead of technological advancements.
2. IT Support & Troubleshooting – Provide L1 to L3 support, ensuring smooth operation of user workstations and services.
3. Network & Security Oversight – Manage and secure network infrastructures across multiple sites, enforcing top-tier security protocols.
4. IT Quality & Compliance – Monitor and update IT security procedures, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
5. Project Leadership – Plan and execute IT infrastructure projects that align with business objectives.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Technical Mastery: Expertise in VMware, Windows Servers, Active Directory, Linux (Oracle/Debian), SQL databases, and network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls).
2. Scripting & Automation: Proficiency in Bash/Shell, PowerShell, Python for efficient system administration.
3. Security & Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with IT quality, cybersecurity, and regulatory standards.
4. Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and respond effectively in high-pressure situations.
5. Collaboration & Communication: Strong ability to translate technical challenges into actionable solutions for various stakeholders.
