Job Responsibilities Spokesperson for Skyguide, leading a small team Crisis Communications process owner and lead Representing the view of Media relations internally towards senior management and within the Communications Team Organizes proactive media relations in Switzerland and neighbouring countries when appropriate Acting as a project owner, manager, or participant in various projects within the company Analyzing customer needs and responding to Air Traffic Management related requests from customers, partners, and the public Ensures key messaging for topics of public interest is documented and up to date, acting as the interface between other major aviation partners and customers (airlines, airports, Government, and others) to coordinate Public Relations efforts Trains internal spokespeople As a senior member of the Communications Leadership team, contributes to the strategic work of the department Minimum Requirements Degree in communication, economics or business administration Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Media relations Preferably profound knowledge of Air Traffic Management processes Fluent in German, French, and English, written and spoken Team spirit with strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
