Administrative Assistant (20% - Ideal for Students)
This is an 8-month temporary contract role ideal for students seeking hands-on experience in a professional environment while balancing their studies.
About the Role
The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support and gain exposure to office operations, including purchasing, asset management, and coordination with suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Filing, data entry, managing correspondence, and coordinating with external partners.
2. Purchasing and ordering office assets or equipment via web platforms.
3. Tracking and managing orders to ensure timely delivery.
4. Visuals procurement and project materials management.
5. Collaborating with suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
6. Calendar management, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
7. Document preparation, editing, and presentation creation.
8. Office supply monitoring and restocking as needed.
9. General support for team members and ongoing projects.
Required Profile
Qualifications:
1. Currently enrolled in a university or similar program (business, administration, or related field preferred).
2. Prior administrative experience is beneficial but not required.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
4. Familiarity with online ordering platforms and purchase order systems.
5. Understanding of design file formats and visual assets is advantageous.
6. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
7. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
8. Attention to detail and reliability.
9. Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
10. Fluency in French and English (B2 level minimum).
