Senior Brand Manager
The Senior Brand Manager is an important global role in the Johnson Controls brand function.
This position drives all brand strategy, governance, and program deliverables for digital solutions and service offerings across Johnson Controls.
* Define the brand strategy and delivery of JCI's digital technology and service brands.
* Lead digital naming processes and stakeholder sign-off.
* Lead global roll out of brand strategy updates, transformations, and integrations.
* Engage stakeholders in ideating new impactful brand strategy opportunities.
* Steer and deliver competitive benchmarks and analysis for JCI's global brand performance in digital technologies and services space.
* Lead governance in the global activation of the digital technologies and services brand strategy.
* Lead key thought leadership and positioning programs that build the equity and strength of the digital technology and services brands.
Responsibilities
Advance programs and activities to empower unified expressions and global alignment and engagement in the digital solutions and service brands.
Strategize and deliver brand integration approaches for new acquisitions and joint ventures as well as for events and showcases.
Requirements
* Experience in marketing digital technology and solutions.
* Specific experience in Brand Strategy development for technologies or services.
* Demonstrated track record in leading with collaboration and team work.
* Strong sense of curiosity, entrepreneurial spirit in actively looking for opportunities.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Strong writing, analytical, project management, and organizational skills.
* Thrives in fast-paced international environment and has a strong sense of urgency.

* Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
