Job Description:
On behalf of one of our clients, we are seeking a Marketing & Events Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
1. Support the execution of the marketing strategy.
2. Coordinate the communication and execution of annual event plans.
3. Act as the key contact with internal and external partners, suppliers, and local staff.
4. Prepare, send, and track invitations and correspondence with guests and participants.
5. Involve in all aspects of events and meetings organization, including logistics and accommodation.
6. Manage the budget and follow up on invoices and expenses related to events, ensuring payments and documentation are completed.
7. Manage ad-hoc projects.
Qualifications:
1. Marketing or Business Management degree.
2. 2-3 years’ experience in marketing/events.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Knowledge of private banking products and solutions is a plus.
5. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
6. Ability to multi-task and attention to detail.
7. Curiosity and strong organizational skills.
8. Perfectly bilingual in English & French, with the ability to write in both languages.
9. Swiss residency.
