We provide our customers with an Integrated Information System (S2i) and a full range of digital banking products and services.
We handle our customers' back office operations from two hubs, in Switzerland and Singapore.
About the Role
As a Project Manager | Delivery Manager, you will be at the heart of our strategy.
You will oversee Payment projects, working closely with a team of 20 employees, including software engineers, tech leads, project managers, and business analysts.
You will also liaise with technical teams based in our Singapore & Portugal offices.
Your Responsibilities
Analysis, Development, and Evaluation:
* Direct handling or implementation of streams related to the project: process definition, process optimization, Target Operating Model, writing of specifications, report/minutes writing, migration data mapping, system configuration, testing and defects management, deployment, training, change management, and user support.
Organization, Management, and Implementation:
* Manage project plan;
* Process modelling and implementation;
* Tests and defect management;
* Manage project risks and issues;
* Manage technical teams;
* Conduct the project through monitoring and relevant feedback on the project's progress, risks, and challenges, considering the needs for decisions or alerts.
Communication, Contact, Moderation, or Sales:
* Change management and trainings;
* Animation of committees/sessions in the framework of project governance;
* Relations with Top Management of Client Banks to monitor their satisfaction on the project;
* Reporting to Azqore Top management on the project;
* Project management in collaboration with the strategic stakeholders of the Client Banks and continuous progress communication to governing instances (Steering Committees, Comex members, etc.).
Financial and Control:
* Budget monitoring of the project;
* Time-sheets follow-up;
* Invoices control.
