CUSTOMER CARE AGENT
your mission is to inspire our prospects and customers with genuine enthusiasm for our brand, while being a reliable and competent point of contact. You’ll be at the heart of our customer experience, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and innovation.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer and dealer communication, ensuring prompt, friendly, and solution-oriented responses across all channels.
- Manage inbound activity by processing incoming requests, resolving tickets efficiently and maintaining a continuous, supportive written and verbal dialogue with customers and dealers.
- Conduct underwriting tasks with a customer-first mindset, including reviewing credit reports, salary statements, and financial documents in line with credit policy guidelines.
- Offer comprehensive support and advice to customers and dealerships throughout the entire leasing and financing journey — from initial contract setup to vehicle delivery, contract adjustments, cancellations, and damage claims.
- Assist in all aspects of contract management with attention to detail and user satisfaction, including handling CoC papers, insurance notifications, and transfer requests.
- Manage inbound activities by addressing incoming inquiries, resolving tickets efficiently, and maintaining ongoing, supportive dialogue with customers and dealers.
- Collaborate with sales by preparing presentations and documents, and support the coordination of sales efforts with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
Your profile
- You have completed professional education and already has several years of professional experience.
- You bring a strong understanding of processes.
- You always put the customer at the center of everything you do.
- You are enthusiastic about cars and have an understanding of the industry
- You work highly independently and are solution-oriented.
- You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in German – and ideally in English as well.
- Good written and spoken knowledge of French and Italian.
- You have basic knowledge of how leasing works.
- You are familiar in using tools like Atlassian or Slack, as well as new technologies.
