About the role
For our client, a bank based in Geneva, we are looking for a Customer Support Agent in order to strenghten their growing team. Job duties
1. Efficiently handle customers‘ inquiries such as part requests, onboarding process, customer needs, trading platform issues, IT issues and any complaints, as well as to carry out customer follow-up
2. Professionally answer incoming/outgoing calls and emails, understand the customers’ needs and their environment to improve satisfaction at service support levels
3. Accurately and timely process requests in CRM databases and internal tools
4. Work closely with other teams such as Sales, Compliance and Central File
We are looking for
5. CFC (Swiss Federal Certificate of Proficiency) in Banking or any equivalent classical or university education
6. A first experience in the banking sector in Switzerland / in the sale of financial services in Switzerland is mandatory (CFC experience accepted)
7. Languages: French (mother tongue), English (fluent, level C1), a third language would be an asset (German, Italian, Spanish, Mandarin or Arabic)
8. Excellent customer service skills, service oriented, client oriented and networked
9. Strong interest in trading and stock markets
10. Ability to recognize risks and assess them in terms of urgency
11. Personality: empathetic, resilient, flexible, dynamic and stress resistant
12. Swiss-residency or willing to relocate immediately
