Job Description
Your mission is to drive the international sale of chemical raw materials for the Personal Care market in compliance with Kolb's pricing specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain an established customer basis in the DACH region and France, as well as Benelux and Scandinavia.
* Provide intensive application-related consulting and support to existing and new customers in close cooperation with Product Management, Marketing, and Research & Development.
* Cultivate and develop long-term customer relationships and acquire new customers.
* Develop new areas of application and introduce new products and technical solutions in allocated focal areas.
* Ensure sustainable, profitable growth in corresponding markets through active collaboration in development and implementation of operational measures and projects with internal departments.
* Monitor markets and competitors, conducting market potential analyses and developing authoritative plans for short- and mid-term business development.
Requirements:
* Chemical education (FH/Uni).
* Extensive sales experience with surfactants in the Personal Care industry.
* Knowledge of applications and formulation preferred.
* Ability to establish a Business Case and develop different pricing models.
* Fluent language skills in German, English, and French.
* Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a confident demeanor.
* Ability to organise yourself well and have high team competences to achieve optimal results for our customers in cooperation with other internal departments.
* Connected thinking and ability to grasp complex information, communicating in a concise manner.
