Uality Engineering Specialist (m/f/d)Location: Southern SwitzerlandDuration: Remote: possible max. 2 days a weekKey Responsibilities:Oversee all quality-related tasks for daily qualification activities involving technical facilities, equipment, and systems.Aid in the creation, review, and approval of qualification documents.Approve relevant qualification documents.Evaluate and approve change requests, ensuring they are pertinent to the qualified state and support quality risk analysis (e.g., GMP-FMEA).Ensure that deviations are thoroughly investigated and addressed in deviation reports.Ensure QA activities comply with legislation, authority, and customer expectations.Keep the Group Manager QA Qualification informed about relevant developments and trends.Actively contribute to the development and refinement of qualification strategies and continue training accordingly.Support internal audits as per the internal audit plan and participate in customer audits and official inspections as a QA representative.Key Requirements:Experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.Experience in QA Qualification.Knowledge of FAT/SAT/IQ/OQ/PQ processes.Proactive with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.Proficient in English (both spoken and written).Up to 2 days of remote work possible.Beneficial Skills:Experience in risk analysis.Proficiency in German.Familiarity with SAP, DMS, and TrackWise.Independent and proactive.If you are interested in that position, please reach out or give me a call on: 0041 44 588 2622Sthree Switzerland is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
