Job Description lastminute.com group is looking for an ambitious and highly motivated Business Insight Analyst to join our teams based in Chiasso, leveraging his/her analytical skills to produce actionable insight and improve business performance.
Specifically, he/she will have the chance to work on pricing and segmentation strategies and to observe market performance behaviors for the purpose of testing new approaches to revenue management. The candidate will have the chance to support senior management and development teams with data and insight, influencing their roadmap and having a direct impact on the group’s digital assets.
The role involves presenting analysis and results directly to senior managers, with a significant exposure to C-levels.
Key Responsibilities Analyzing big data, determining customer trends and delivering insight to drive business performance
Closely partner with senior business owners, driving decision making and strategy with data and analytical insight
Executing multiple projects across teams to successfully achieve specific goals and objectives
Identify and propose initiatives that will optimize revenue and improve the business performances.
Qualifications Skills and Experience
3-5 years of experience in Data/Business analyst role in a fast-paced environment
Excellent knowledge of Excel and SQL programming language
Proven experience of delivering value thanks to data-driven analysis
Ability to autonomously identify initiatives
Fluency in English both written and verbal
Ability to influence decision-makers through presentation of analysis.
Familiarity with digital and e-commerce business
Previous experience in the travel industry or strategy consulting.
