For our customer located in Prague/Czech Republi c we are currently looking for a : Project Manager T&A Program (m/f/x)
1. Location : Prague, Czech Republic /
(onsite requirement) or Europe CET (remote 100% unless require travel to office for work meeting and project related meetings)

Tasks & Responsibilities
4. Pre-initiation planning
5. Project administration tasks (schedule management, cost management, status meetings, status reports, risk management, issue management, change management, steering committee meetings, etc.)
6. Create project plan for each wave in scope.
7. Setup project
8. Prepare detailed architecture design for in scope countries
9. Perform technical assessment for the current system landscape
10. Define project quality management approach
11. Perform Application Security Assessment to work with Pharma Functional Security Architect to define the services applicable
12. Analyze and prioritize User requirements
13. Define the data migration approach and plan
14. Define functional specification, configuration, and design specification with partner systems
15. Assess application management service impacts and define service transition plan
16. Create communication plan
17. Create initial Project controls maturity assessment (pCMA)
18. Create test specifications
19. Design, develop and test interfaces with other relevant systems
20. Define cutover plan
21. Complete functional test, integration test & User acceptance test on test system
22. Coordinate application management services & Operational handbook update
23. Complete all tollgates review according to Pharma ICE project methodology
24. Complete Service Transition plan and handover to Service Operations team
25. Coordinate and monitor Project tasks and risks in Jira timely
26. Manage UBM Project financial plan and project risk reporting
27. Complete all new agreed deliverables in the course of the project based on project methodology.
Must Haves
28. 12+ years business and IT experience; software lifecycle management, IT Standards & financial management; advanced knowledge of business process analysis & design, IT Architecture, technical standards and GxP requirements;
29. Proven experience as a project manager, preferably in senior role. Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously will be an added advantages;
30. Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills;
31. Strong organizational and time management abilities;
32. Excellent in organizational change management, negotiation, and supplier management skills;
33. Possess strategic thinking skills; ability to navigate in a complex organization; dealing with ambiguity
34. Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or waterfall.
35. Proficiency in project management software and tools
36. Language: English
37. System knowledge: Workday, Workforce Software, SAP HR, Jira,
38. Complexity: Global or cross-functional multi-year programs / projects
39. Influence / impact: Manages leadership level business / IT stakeholders;
