Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee a diverse portfolio of structures, including trusts, investment companies, foundations, and private trust companies, for international clients and entrepreneurial groups.
2. Foster strong relationships with clients, intermediaries, and internal contacts to enhance client loyalty.
3. Collaborate directly with end-clients, their lawyers, tax advisers, bankers, accountants, registered agents, and other third parties to ensure seamless structure administration.
4. Develop and implement fiduciary solutions in conjunction with legal and tax advisors.
5. E nsure the attainment of financial and non-financial targets to maintain a sustainable fiduciary business model.
6. P articipate in industry events as a speaker when required.
7. Provide support to the Legal and Compliance Office.
8. Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry trends.
Essential Qualifications
1. Professional experience preferably in trustee companies with international clientele exposure, or, alternatively, experience in the private department of legal firms or wealth planning in banking institutions, joining at a senior level.
2. Strong understanding of Trust instruments, their application, and benefits.
3. Good knowledge of the relevant laws of the local jurisdiction.
4. Excellent English language skills; proficiency in German is an asset.
5. Outstanding interpersonal skills combined with an independent working style.
6. Well-organised and able to handle conflicting demands under pressure.
7. Confident and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
8. Able to understand both clients' and our firm's needs.
9. Team player, open-minded, and pragmatic approach.
