About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive- Banking to join our team in Zurich. As a Sales Executive, you will drive business growth by creating and nurturing sales pipelines for our Financial Messaging business. Your experience in selling solutions to banks, financial institutions, and multinational corporations will be invaluable.
You should have expertise in domestic and cross-border messaging systems, SWIFT connectivity, hosted/managed and cloud services, payment processes, cash visibility, reconciliation, system integration, and sanction screening. This role requires a strong desire to learn and grow, with a focus on delivering impactful results for our customers.
Your Key Responsibilities
1. Work closely with the head of Sales to achieve revenue and growth targets.
2. Create and manage target call lists, executing prospecting KPIs to identify new business opportunities.
3. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer matters throughout the sales cycle, including presentations and demos.
4. Maintain accurate sales records, adhering to best practices and company standards.
5. Forecast and track key account metrics, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies.
6. Collaborate with implementations and PRM teams to deliver exceptional pre- and post-sales experiences.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and developments through professional networks and publications.
Requirements
1. 7+ years of experience selling Enterprise Software solutions to banks, financial institutions, and multinational corporations.
2. Demonstrated success in selling $1M+ Enterprise software/business solutions, with a proven ability to develop relationships with C-level business users.
3. Ability to manage a team of Sales Engineers, IT, and Info Sec experts throughout the sales lifecycle.
4. Experience selling Fraud and Financial Crime solutions to risk executives, BSA/compliance officers, and heads of treasury is highly desirable.
5. Advantageous to have knowledge and experience with cloud-based (Azure, GCP, and AWS) and SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions.
