We are looking for a Document Controller to join our Process Solutions team in Switzerland.
Your Main Tasks And Responsibilities
* Maintaining an efficient document management system to ensure accessibility of project documents.
* Managing the revision and distribution of technical documentation.
* Ensure on-time delivery and required quality of the documentation according to project schedule and project milestones.
* Coordinating document validation, approval, and modification processes supported by the documentation management system workflows.
* Providing support to internal and external teams regarding project documentation.
* Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth communication and effective exchange of documents.
* Coordinating and ensuring updates for team members concerning documents for and from suppliers.
* Supporting at the reception whenever needed.
To Succeed In This Role, You Will Need
* Technical background.
* General knowledge in project document management and Document Management Systems based on Metadata.
* Experience in a Project Management environment, preferably in the branch of suppliers for the Chemical Industry.
* Good IT skills (SAP, MS Office, particularly MS Excel).
* Fluency in German and English; any other European language is an advantage.
* Very good organizational and communication skills; trustworthy.
