We are looking for an Internal Communication Manager 80% based at our global headquarter and biotech production site in Geneva. Reporting to the Chief HR Officer, you play a pivotal role in fostering employee engagement, strengthening internal communication and executing memorable events aligned with OM Pharma’s culture and values.
Your main responsibilities are as follows:
1. Develop and implement internal communication strategies to ensure employees are informed, engaged and aligned with the company’s goals.
2. Develop creative concepts for events that enhance employee engagement.
3. Manage communication channels, including newsletters, email updates and TV screens, ensuring consistency and alignment across all functions and regions.
4. Oversee the development and maintenance of our intranet, ensuring that all content is updated and relevant.
5. Partner with HR and Leadership to design initiatives that foster and promote a positive and inclusive culture.
6. Plan, organize and execute internal corporate and social events, managing effectively budgets, timelines, and logistics.
7. Collaborate with External Communication.
To carry out this mission, we are looking for a person with the following profile:
1. Master’s degree in marketing, Communication, Journalism or similar.
2. At least 3 years of experience in corporate communications and events management.
3. Experience in an international corporate environment, ideally within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
4. Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken. Knowledge in German or Spanish is an asset.
5. Excellent command of communication tools such as Office Suite, CMS, Canva, and video creation tools.
6. Proficiency in video editing and visual content creation.
7. Ability to create impactful and engaging messages and content.

You are well organized, with the ability to set clear priorities and work efficiently while maintaining a service-oriented approach. You act proactively in identifying and resolving issues, streamlining information flow, and supporting team needs. A strong team player, you feel comfortable working across global and local contexts, with a willingness to embrace change and continuously learn.
