In this position, you will be part of the Client Solutions Private Wealth Team. Amid strong growth in this client segment, the team in Zug (CH) is expanding and looking for a senior support professional for client acquisition and maintenance.
As a wholesale support professional, your key responsibilities will include:
Supporting client relationship managers with strategic distribution projects across open-ended and closed-ended funds as well as in day-to-day tasks
Creating tailored, persuasive, and high-quality marketing materials and responses to client requests, assisting with queries, and performance updates
Strong operational background preferred with knowledge on funds settlement, order routing, CDD process
Become a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders such as service providers requiring strong collaboration with Partners Group internal teams
Developing and implementing strategies to increase engagement with clients and prospects and maintain trackable performance indicators for the sales team
Supporting the private wealth team co-heads with strategic initiatives and governance topics
Become an expert in private markets and Partners Group's platform, products, and investment strategies across asset classes
Build professional and technical knowledge to streamline and accelerate workflows
What we expect
The successful candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the financial services industry, ideally paired with professional experience in communication or marketing.
Key attributes will include:
University degree
At least 5 years of relevant working experience
Ideally experience in consulting, sales, process management, or investment banking
Strong project management skills and ability to drive different processes at the same time
Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills and a strong desire to learn and succeed
Ability to problem solve with a client-focused mindset within challenging deadlines
Ability to take ownership and responsibility
Proven design skills and visual flair
Excellent skills in both spoken and written English; other languages are an advantage
Exceptional attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of private markets & settlement processes, as well as data analytics is an advantage
