As we undergo rapid expansion, we are establishing offices in strategic locations worldwide. We are currently seeking a seasoned, hands-on Scrum Master who will guide and coach remote development teams, ensuring agile principles and practices are effectively implemented while supporting our Web3 initiatives.
Your profile Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Professional Scrum Master I (Scrum.org) or Certified Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance) certification.
5+ years of experience in Agile environments.
Proven experience in remote project delivery management, remote team management, and virtual collaboration, through the use of tools (like for instance Jira, Confluence, Office 365, ClickUp and Miro).
In order to help Product Owners, profound knowledge on Product Backlog management techniques and release management.
Deep understanding of Software Development Life Cycle.
Deep understanding of Development and Operations best practices.
Outstanding communication and facilitation abilities.
Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities.
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, iterative environments.
Problem-solving, analytic mindset with focus on continuous improvement.
Direct working experience in Blockchain/DLT projects. Understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized applications, and wallet integrations.
Additional coaching certifications such as ICAgile, Management 3.0, etc.
Experience with Agile scaling frameworks such as SAFe, Nexus, LeSS, etc.
Key Responsibilities Coach 2-3 remote Agile teams through servant leadership principles, ensuring their effectiveness and promoting self-management and accountability.
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily meetings, reviews, and retrospectives.
Guide teams in implementing DevOps best practices (CI/CD pipelines, etc.).
Manage and help remove impediments.
Process Management Set up and maintain scrum boards for optimal workflow.
Implement async communication strategies for distributed teams.
Ensure adherence to Agile principles and tailored Scrum framework, while also identifying potential improvements to this framework that could be applied across all company projects.
Web3 Specific Duties Facilitate web3 native toolset implementation.
Support release management and smart contract audit processes.
Collaborate with Product Management to align Web3 initiatives with organizational objectives.
