Job Title
A Global Digital Communication Strategy Lead is required to spearhead the company's digital communication strategy across all social media channels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a digital roadmap to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and conversion performance.
* Oversee digital communication strategies for key markets (China, Korea, Japan) to ensure alignment with the brand's global vision.
* Collaborate with local teams to adapt campaigns to cultural specifics and market needs.
* Create campaign plans from conception to execution, aligning with global and regional objectives.
* Define content strategy needs and provide clear briefs for Creative Marketing teams and copywriters.
* Coordinate key communication messages with PR and Communication teams for consistency and maximum impact.
* Work with PR and Influence Marketing departments to initiate strategic activations and amplify digital campaigns.
* Identify partnership or event opportunities to expand campaign reach.
* Manage live activations during events, ensuring proactive coordination between departments.
* Track and analyze campaign performance through clear KPIs (engagement, conversions, ROI).
* Prepare reports and present recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
