Your Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement standards and approvals for sensors, valve drives, and transmitters in process automation.
* Create a global approval and conformity concept.
* Prepare submission documents and conduct approval projects independently.
* Support colleagues from development in applying standard requirements correctly and identifying gaps and risks.
* Drive necessary re-certifications.
* Foster close partnerships with partners and government agencies worldwide.
* Maintain ongoing exchange with internal and external bodies and partners globally.
* Stay up-to-date with applicable standards through specialist literature.
Your Profile
* Bachelor's or Master's degree and at least 3 years of experience in a Standard & Approvals role, preferably in the sensors, measurement, or process automation industry.
* At least 5 years of practical experience in developing electrical products for the process industry or similar.
* Good experience with cULus and CE.
* Ideal additional experience with NSF, KTW, UKCA, ATEX, CSA, EC1935, 3A, EHEDG, metrological approvals, marine approvals, or radio approvals.
* Ideal further experience with IEC 62443 or IEC 61508.
* Strong knowledge of German and English.
