Would you like to do the opening of our Mama Shelter Zurich?
THE MISSION?
You are the favorite parent of Mama!
The key link between the General Manager and the Human Resources Department located at the group's headquarters, you are in charge of all management and administration of staff within the establishment.
You are the HR ambassador for a team of a hundred people through a welcoming, quirky and friendly atmosphere that you create. Our staff must be in good hands with you.
You ensure Mama experience for our teams and create a positive and stimulating environment for each employee.
You manage Payroll in its entirety and are the direct contact for various organizations.
You recruit and support all the department heads in their function, as well as in their daily management.
Qualifications

* You know how to identify talents; red chair and buzzer: it's your turn!
* You are flexible in your schedule. Your working hours will be determined according to the needs of the business.
* Operational- you want to be at the heart of the action with the team, and not always alone at your desk.
* You have natural authority but deep down a heart of gold.
* You have a good level of English, so when you’re asked, "How do you feel about the trams in Zurich?" you’ll know how to reassure the guest.
