Responsibilities
1. Processing customer enquiries in our ticket system C4C
2. Preparation of orders
3. Order processing in SAP and planning of orders in Salesforce
4. Deadline monitoring of the assigned region within Switzerland
5. Provision of technical service documents
6. Checking reports according to strict quality regulations (GMP)
Hardskills
7. Technical or commercial basic training
8. Professional experience in coordinating service assignments is advantageous
9. Good SAP and MS Office skills are advantageous
10. Fluent German language skills are mandatory, good English language skills are advantageous
