Job description
We are looking for a Business Developer to join our Swiss team.
Reporting to the Partner Manager, you will participate in the execution of Lucca’s Partnership strategy for Switzerland. To be successful in your mission, you’ll interact and work with a wide diversity of external Partners and various Business Units at Lucca with an international scope.
Details of the tasks
You will:
1. Manage a wide and diversified portfolio of Partners: Solutions Integrators and Resellers, Tech Partners, Business Providers, Consulting Firms, Fiduciaries.
2. Hire Partners and design action plans with them.
3. Train and assist Partners to make them autonomous for Sales processes.
4. Organize sales and marketing Events with our Partners.
5. Define KPIs in concertation with them and ensure their achievements.
6. Helping the Partner Manager to Search and qualify new partnership opportunities using relevant means (phone, email, LinkedIn, professional network, internal leads).
7. Update our Swiss Marketplace by publishing content through WordPress.
8. Rigorously use our CRM Salesforce.
9. Ensure a high level of Partners’ satisfaction.
Preferred experience
* Bachelor or Master degree in business development or related field.
* 1-2 years prior experience in a B2B sales role in the Swiss market with a partnership mindset or key account management.
* Knowledge of the HR domain would be greatly appreciated. Otherwise, we will teach you.
* Languages: German C1 minimum, French C2; English will make the difference (C1).
* Handling WordPress is a plus; otherwise we will teach you.
* Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, recovering quickly from setbacks and seeing them as an opportunity to progress.
* Like to work in an international team and in a good mood.
* Team spirit and intellectual curiosity are your top 2 qualities.
