A Head of Controlling with the global leader in the creation of Taste & Wellbeing and Fragrance & Beauty, an important member of our Taste & Wellbeing Global Division Controlling team, and based in our Kemptthal office in Switzerland - Your future position?
We are now hiring a ‘Head of Controlling’ for our newly created Ingredients Business Unit in the Taste & Wellbeing division.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision and strategy of the new Business Unit. You will come with a rich relevant experience with strategic thinking, change management, and leadership skills. You will closely collaborate with various departments to build processes for the new Business Unit, drive performance, and develop and execute the strategy.
The role will be based in our Kemppthal office in Switzerland and will report to the Taste & Wellbeing Global Division Controller. The role offers excellent opportunities for both personal and professional development.

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for -
Business Partnering:
* Drive P&L and Cash flow for the business unit.
* Together with the Head of the business unit, develop and execute commercial/pricing and operational strategies to maximise revenue and profitability.
* Establish processes to provide revenue and profit analysis and drive accountability.
* Create awareness and transparency for the business unit across the organisation and the different stakeholders.
* Manage data from different systems and ensure data integrity and consistency.
* Develop KPIs to monitor and drive performance.
* Simplify, standardise and create efficiencies in management reporting.
* Drive forecasting and Budget Process for the business unit.
* Improve efficiencies and productivity for the operational network.
* Communicate financial-related information and compliance issues in a timely and effective manner internally and with other functions.
Pricing:
* In partnership with the Taste & Wellbeing Global Head of Pricing, define and implement pricing vision and mission.
* Ensure pricing policy and procedures compliance.
* Provide functional pricing expertise to Sales & Marketing.
People Management:
* Perform goal-setting and performance reviews
* Provide guidance, coach, motivate and develop the Controlling team
* Plan and support hiring decisions and retention measures. Actively work on talent and succession planning

Your professional profile includes:
* A Degree in Business school and/or University in Business Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
* 10+ years of professional experience in Business Analysis, Finance, or Controlling.
* 5+ years of solid track record in senior finance roles, including leadership and people management.
* Experience with a global manufacturing organisation with cross-regional exposure is preferable.
* A good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and processes.
* Excellent knowledge of core financial concepts, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial and pricing modelling.
* Familiarity with the SAP (ERP, BI, and BOFC) environment and tools.
