About the Rolei Capital’s Client Solutions EMEA team is seeking an Assistant Vice President (AVP) to contribute to the development and execution of i Capital’s international expansion. In this role, you will be a key member of the team and support the business development activities of i Capital with a focus on i Capital Global Marketplace. i Capital’s rapid international expansion creates an opportunity for a motivated and energetic professional to join a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment. This position will be based in Zurich. Responsibilities Support the Client Solutions EMEA team in executing the business development strategy for i Capital Global Marketplace. Develop and manage a robust and sustainable pipeline of prospective distributor clients. Execute Marketplace distributor onboarding process from start to finish, working closely with related teams, including Legal & Compliance. Nurture strong relationships with clients and prospects. Educate clients on Private Markets/Alternatives and articulate i Capital’s Global Marketplace solution and capabilities to clients and partners. Provide constant feedback from the field on competitive landscape, investors’ appetite, trends and share with colleagues globally. Build strong internal relationships within i Capital and work closely with other teams (Research & Fund Management, Product Development, Implementation Specialist group, Client Success, Marketing, Legal & Compliance, Technology & Operations, etc.) to achieve the best client outcomes and successful long-term client relationships. Serve as the relationship manager and deliver an exceptional client experience for our distributor clients (i.e., multi-family office, independent asset managers and banks). Candidate Profile Solid academic credentials in a relevant field.5+ years of solid work experience in the Asset- or Wealth Management industry, with a demonstrated track record in interacting with clients. Adequate exposure to Private Equity and/or other Private Markets asset classes, and an understanding of the distribution model is highly preferred. Proactive approach to managing projects with excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail. Excellent presentation and verbal/written communication skills, with a professional and positive attitude. Highly collaborative, and able to think strategically about business opportunities and client management. Language skills: Business proficiency in English is a must. Proficiency in German is highly advantageous. Any experience with CRM software would be welcome. Ability to work independently with a strong appetite to work in a fast-growing, collaborative environment. We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together.
