Main responsibilities:
• Validation and execution of eBanking Service enrolment;
• Support to Private Banking regarding eBanking issues (access, emails, phone calls);
• Create/update/revoke eBanking access for Private Banking and Independent Asset Manager clients;
• Codification of paperless correspondence;
• Manage the request for Client Data Service (ECDS) for standard clients and Independent Asset Manager clients;
• Hard Token replacement and addition;
• Replacement of password (in case of first access) and eBanking credentials in case of loss;
• Activate users in Switzerland for clients having already an eBanking access on an account booked in a foreign branch;
• Solve problems regarding eBanking access by consulting all IT systems (Globus; User management; Entrust; NCM);
• Communicate with various departments in case of need, mainly: IT department; eBanking support team; IAM Support, Globus team, and NCF team;
• Learn and perform other Central Filing tasks when required.
Skills and experience:
• 2-4 years of experience in e-Banking administration;
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field;
• Fluent knowledge of English is a must; French is a plus;
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package;
• Good relationship skills, able to work and interact in a team;
• Good problem-solving ability;
• Flexible, autonomous, multitasking, and able to prioritize different tasks;
• Motivated, accurate, and detail-oriented;
• Available for pickets on public holidays;
• Support in internal projects.
