Job Description
Job Title – Senior Product Manager (Payments)
You'll work in a hybrid policy in Chiasso, Switzerland with a maximum of 25% remote working per year.
Team - You will join the Customer Payments Team within the Customer Growth Area
Contract - Permanent – full-time (36 h/week)
Your impact will be:
1. Taking full ownership of the product, setting objectives, and sharing your vision with other business partners.
2. Leading the product development cycle from feature proposal and prioritization to end-2-end delivery and KPIs monitoring.
4. Supporting the product development engineer team in their daily tasks, leading the delivery process, and the product backlog.
5. Aligning with the business strategy and supporting other stakeholders.
6. Analyzing data and results, understanding, and sharing learnings from experimentation to build a strong knowledge base of the product outside of your area.
Minimum Requirements:
1. 5+ years of professional experience as a product manager in digital business.
2. Previous experience in online payments in high-traffic B2C e-commerce (PSP and acquirer integration, APMs, chargebacks flow, etc).
3. Experience working with agile and cross-functional teams to deliver fast time-to-market quality product increments.
4. High proficiency in spoken and written English.

2. Steering products to success as defined by the goals set.
3. Strong communication skills to navigate a dynamic organization across multiple countries and cultures.

6. Only for senior roles: final meeting (30 mins) with the Director.
