Key Responsibilities
The QC Microbiology Team Leader oversees environmental monitoring at the Lonay and PLO sites and manages external facility testing. They supervise the QC technicians and coordinate daily microbiological activities, including sampling, sample shipment, result tracking, and deviation management. They are responsible for data management, KPI reporting, and training on best practices to prevent microbiological risks in production.

Knowledge & Skills
* Enhanced knowledge in Microbiology
* Experience in the application of microbiological techniques for environment monitoring (water, air, surface monitoring)
* Enhanced experience in GMP environment.
* Previous successful experience in positions interacting with other departments.
* Good working knowledge of quality systems and regulatory requirements including EU GMP Annex 1, relevant USP/EP methods, ICH, ISO 14644, ISO 14698 and ISO 13485.
* English written and spoken.
* Proficient in MS Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Education & Qualifications
* Master in Microbiology or equivalent
Professional Experience
* Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a Medical Devices / Pharmaceuticals company
