Provide first-level support via phone and email for Windows 10, M365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint), insurance applications, and other tools.
Support employee and customer portals, and assist with new technology rollouts.
Ensure customer satisfaction in multiple languages and maintain a knowledge database (documentation, instructions, checklists).
Act as an interface between onsite support and corporate customers.
Configure, maintain, and support workstation devices, peripherals, and meeting room infrastructure.
Manage user access, client setups, and installations.
Handle local IT project planning, implementation, and control.
Offer support for hardware, software, and network issues; collaborate on incident, problem, and change management.
Skills & Qualifications
* Completed IT apprenticeship (e.g., EFZ) or equivalent training/experience.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments, client infrastructure, and network components.
* Several years of experience in user support and solution design.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
* Team-oriented, resilient, and eager to learn new technologies.
* Advantage: "Ticket Cat. B" certification.
