Strategy, Management & Coordination
1. Identify key stakeholders necessary to undertake this role and ensure sufficient communication/agreement
2. Engage with the Physical Security community to ensure communication, coordination, and engagement
3. Lead identified working groups with relevant stakeholders to identify business/user needs and test solutions
4. Contribute when required to the operational and tactical implementation of Physical Security framework for strategic operations
Operations
(As defined by the Group Physical Security Associate Director)
5. Provide support to entities to implement short term measures as well as long term processes of continuous improvement
6. Coordinate and support Physical Security managers when required
7. Monitor, consolidate and analyse data to gain factual insights and establish the required overviews, reports, and statistics to provide guidance/solutions to key stakeholders, including top management
8. Coordinate when required Physical Security topics across the entities
Specific projects
(As defined by the Group Physical Security Associate Director)
9. Review of KRE policy and group plan, alignment and review of high-risk country plans, support deployment of KRE plan for manufacturing and maisons
10. Review of current policy in line with ISO, reframe relationship with travel tracking provider and support new RFP, design travel guidance material, support development of travel security module
11. Develop and implement with Group Security Cyber Resilience Team, a unique global phone number for all employees requiring security or safety support or a specific information
Compliance Testing
12. Support the tracking and closure of Physical Security non-compliances with the respective risk owners and ensure risk mitigation measures are undertaken
13. Liaise with the Group Risk and Assurance Team to support the creation and implementation of a program of third-party assessments (against Richemont standards)
14. Give feedback on the assurance process with regards to physical security controls and process
15. Review and validate PS exceptions excepting for events, construction and technology related topics
Reporting & Project management
16. Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance
17. Keep track of the security related budget and set up appropriate KPI’s
18. Document and communicate meeting via minutes, PowerPoint, workflow
19. Create visibility by using appropriate tools and create reports as well as security related KPI’s
20. Highlight any risk related to resources, cost and deadline
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
21. You have more than 5 years’ experience in managing Physical Security operations and proven operational excellence within PS related topics
22. You are able to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues
23. You are able to write reports, manuals, speeches and articles using distinctive style
24. You demonstrate capacity to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics
25. You are able to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and other stakeholder groups to take desired action
26. You speak fluent French and English
