The ISR is responsible for meeting sales targets, generating revenue, and contributing to the overall goals and plans developed by the sales management team. Responsibilities: Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience. Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls, or other forms of communication. Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience using CRM software. Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills. 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role.
