Job Description
The Private Markets Entity Structuring team is looking for a diligent Student who can commit to this role for at least 2 years. This role is designed to be a full-time role during the semester break and will offer flexibility during studies with three working days per week. The candidate will support with the following tasks:
1. Supporting the legal counsels with the establishment of fund entities in various jurisdictions;
2. Supporting the bank account opening processes with various banks;
3. Preparing and taking minutes of launch board meetings;
4. Supporting execution and filing of documents;
5. Updating various databases with fund information;
6. Collecting reports from service providers and compiling documents;
7. Managing and updating know your customer (KYC) information and contact sheets.
Requirements
1. Currently studying law or business administration with exposure to law;
2. Proficient language skills in German and good level of English;
3. Excellent MS office skills, in particular Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
4. Efficient organizational and clear communication skills;
5. Diligent working style with a strong focus on the details;
6. Strong commitment and motivation to contribute as a team-player in a high performance environment;
7. Ability to meet challenging deadlines while maintaining a high quality of work;
8. Strong interest in a professional career in the financial industry;
9. Prior exposure to the financial industry is of advantage.
