A Key client of ours is looking for a leader to look over the Quality department and take on the following responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the Quality Assurance, Quality Management, and Quality Improvement departments.
* Serve as the primary contact for quality-related customer inquiries and contracts.
* Oversee continuous development of the quality management system in compliance with ISO 13485 standards.
* Ensure high-quality standards are met through Total Quality Management (TQM) practices.
* Implement and achieve company quality objectives.
* Plan, conduct, and oversee both internal and external audits.
* Manage quality management (QM) methodologies, including FMEA, risk analyses, and test planning.
* Prepare, implement, document, and monitor corrective actions during system audits per EN ISO 13485 requirements.
* Write and present the annual Quality Report.
* Organize training programs, develop training materials, and establish training plans.
* Advise departments on guidelines, statistical methods, and supporting tools.
* Act as the key decision-maker for quality-related questions, deviations, and document control.
Your Profile
* Technical background with a degree (university, technical college, or equivalent).
* At least 5 years of experience in employee and project management.
* Additional qualifications in quality management, with strong experience in process management and quality assurance in an industrial setting.
* Skilled in recognized methodologies such as Lean Management and Continuous Improvement Processes (CIP).
* Communicative and proactive, with a structured, results-oriented, and entrepreneurial approach.
* Sociable and open-minded, with fluency in both German and English.
* Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
